We promise handcrafted, soulful food with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients, from pastas rolled daily in-house to meats and produce sourced locally whenever possible. Montevino isn’t backed by a corporate group—it’s owned and operated by friends who live here, ski here, and believe that exceptional dining should feel approachable, elegant, and deeply connected to its community.
